^ agreed.... sure give him a shot, and work on improving him - cuz size and althleticism is what he DOES have... hands so i hear to, but yea, blind faith is obsurd, work with the guy, maybe he becomes a solid 3 or 4 or both in rotation..

drafting marcus monk or jordy nelson i still feel is needed.

He's projected as a 6th rounder at best, more likely 7th round. I wouldn't say drafting him is necessarily needed, but it could be interesting, as long as we don't reach for him. Besides, and I said this in another thread, we already have Marcus Monk. His name is Anthony Mix.

Monk is more talented than a lot here think he is.

ps- his draft stock has gone up and he is now projected to be a 4th rounder.

Yeah, but you never know. HB Blades was an EXTREMELY PRODUCTIVE college player that was projected as a fourth rounder. Turns out he ended up going to us in the 6th round. The later a guy goes in the draft the harder it is to project where he's going to end up.
