Ok lets work on his defense.

"I was standing in front of the Police station minding my own business and someone started harrassing me about an autograph. I kept telling them no but they persisted. So I walked away. Then while I was walking home one of my friends asked me to take a package over to another friends house because he had to go to work and I was heading in that direction anyway. I like helping out my friends so I took the bag. Then out of the blue several police cars pulled up. Well I didn't want to talk to them as per my rights and they started using excessive force on me. Then they asked me what was in the bag and I told them I don't know because it's not mine. They said something about because it's not mine then they had a right to look in it to find out who it belonged to. All of a sudden they pull out some weed from the bag and start asking me about it.

I told them I had no knowledge of the weed being in the bag and they start interigating me without my attorney present. Needless to say the police locked me up because I wouldn't talk to them.
