I'm sure its explainable....come on....Lets help out his defense a little. He forgot which pocket he stashed his weed so he went to the police to report it stolen. No one would listen to him because as we all know who goes to the police over stolen weed. right? So because no one was listening he got mad and started yelling. Po Po was called and out of the blue he finds the bag in his pocket and becuase he didn't need to report it he walked away.
Then the police start looking into why he was so upset and BAM they find the weed. What I'm really supprised about is that the police arrested him. Didnt he tell them it was for his glaucoma so he could see the balls being thrown his way?
