Shockey is the most talented TE to have played the game, hands down, and this isn't even up for debate. Cooley's numbers are inflated due to there being no other real receiving options on the team. On a real team Cooley would be a backup at best and probably wouldn't catch more than 20 passes. I wouldn't expect you to know this since your lack of real football knowledge is so painfully obvious.
