Every player has gotten penalties to hurt the team in some form or fashion. Even the beloved Sean Taylor got a 15 yard penalty on the "no spike" rule. As far as I know the coach and teammates of Chad Johnson said that the "Assault" didn't take place.

I think you are being a bit nit picky on this one.
