Gumbel, E. Smith and Bill Maas in the same broad cast booth should be declared unconstitutional as a violation of the 8th Amentment outlawing cruel and unusual punishment. Sam Rosen would not be a bad choice. But my first two phone calls if were at NFLN would be to Ian Eagle (CBS) and then to Pam Ward (ESPN).
