Congrats, I have a 15 month old and it really changes your life. I do have one recommendation. Get the book Baby Wise and have your wife read it today. My wife read the book and used what she learned and what they suggest really does work. My child has been sleeping through the night sense 3 months old the key was gettin her in a routine which they explain how to do. Everyone I know which has used this book will tell you that it really works. We have two friends which used this with their secone child and they both say it made a world of difference.
