RI: Malcolm Kelly and Phillip Merling

[Dirtbag59]

I mean this is the kind of thread you would see on ES. You have a lot of threads about a topic, but someone always seems to start a new thread in hopes of spinning a topic in a new direction. Unfortuantely it leads to clutter and sadly most of those threads follow this format, which rarely leads to an interesting discussion. In the end most topics are better off being discussed in detail in one main thread and then discussed in slightly less detail on another thread. For example the inital post in this thread would have fit well in the Day 1 thread.

Anyway next thing you know people start Malcolm Kelly threads of their own like

Why we shouldn't draft Malcolm Kelly

Is Malcolm Kelly like Rod Gardner

Should we draft Malcolm Kelly in the 1st

The Malcolm Kelly FC

Is Malcolm Kelly a Good Route Runner

Malcolm Kelly or Devin Thomas?

Jordy Nelson or Malcolm Kelly?

Malcolm Kelly or Lavar?

Honestly this is pretty much how ES operates and usually a bunch of new threads on the same topic is a great way to start a flame war. I mean for God sakes the Mod's over at ES had to merge the freaking Chad Johnson debacle 4 times and on top of that they had to merge another 3 threads bitching about the front office. Inevitably most of those new threads led to flaming in some way shape or form, but then again who knows. Maybe ES is to big to control.
