Old Man Gibbs is a figurehead. He always had great assistants and great players. Now, he just has the coaching, and it's being exposed he ain't that great. Mark is the only guy on the field that really wants it, but one player can't beat 11 other guys.

Front offices around the league would kill to have someone who could tell them "who wants it" by watching a game on tv (or even in the stands). What exactly is it that only Brunell really wants? And if it's a win, which is what I assume you're talking about, how can you say that no one else wants that? And you have to do more than just want it. I want to buy a house but it's not going to just magically appear.
