Read this story about him, all he did was have consensual sex with a girl 3 years younger than him and they convicted him for it. I would not label him as a troublemaker for that.

3yrs younger and only 15yrs old. He should have caught another charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor...although thats a misdimeanor.
