A Supreme Court overturned the charge because it was proven it was consentual but he still got a yr jail sentence for a lesser offense but had already done a yr prior to the proceedings so they gave him time served. Unless I missed something. He's a criminal. Character police won't like him. Sorry.

The case was about the fact that he was a black and she was white. That is the bottom line. Unless you think race and class don't have any effect in the criminal justice system. He's a good fit in a 3-4, so the Cowboys are probably a good landing spot for him, but we'll see.
