I think if you're going to argue that Shockey is the best Tight End is the league your best chance of winning is arguing that when healthy Shockey is the most athletically gifted Tight End in the league, the Giants just don't use him properly but yeah, call me a Larry Michael I mean homer, but I'd take Cooley over Shockey any day.
