Sleep is only satisfying if I get enough of it. Which isn't often. It feels nice to lay down in bed, but way too often I have to get up before I'm ready. And that's painful.

I'll take eating any day. At work, I look forward to lunch. On my ride home, I think about what I'm going to have for dinner. On Friday nights, I bust out of work all excited for my routine Friday Philly cheesesteak with fried onions and mushrooms.

I never get excited about taking a nap.

I hate naps. I always feel worse afterward. It also makes it harder for me to fall asleep at night.
