I still don't agree with you at all on that either.. you cant exactly see what the tags say, he might have bought the jersey with those tags on them (some companys might put tags on their items that look something like another name brand, but thats not this sellers fault) and also he does not say in the auction at all that it is an authentic jersey. If you dont like dont buy, but if someone bought that and was dissatisifed that it wasnt an authentic jersey and open a complaint against the seller on ebay im sure that ebay would side with the seller.

My point with the jersey is the average person cannot tell a fake from a real. They see the tags and assume they are buying a $250 jersey for only $200 with the autograph. If they show the tags, that is implying it is legit.
