Thanks for the help guys. When I get home I'll poke around and check my settings.

I've had this modem for 6 years. It's probably time for an upgrade.

USB is fickle....use an Ethernet cable (rj45 cable) instead of the usb cable to connect the modem to your pc and you shouldn't have any more problems whatsoever.
