ESPN - Favre forces Packers to make decision, files for reinstatement - NFL
Favre faxes reinstatement letter, also says Aaron rodgers will start every preseason game and will probably get more playing time during preseason games then favre did which means he'll probably get injured before the regular season. Favre might be the starter for the regular season after all...
