The League’s election in any one season shall not determine or affect its election in any subsequent season.") but I just can't imagine what utility you would gain from cutting practice squads, seems like it is in the interest of all teams to have them. Just curious if that was really the case and if so why the NFL would have elected to cut practice squads. Maybe you are thinking about the cutting of NFLE exemptions for training camps and the reduced roster limits? Just curious.
