I'm pretty sure there are 1 or 2 that I missed.

I don't think these were with us when they had their troubles. KW was in Cleveland(i think), Connell in NO and Smoot in Minn. I wouldn't count these just like I wouldn't count Pacmans. As far as the other guys, I'm not sure when they got into trouble
