I got a private message from someone that will remain anonomous, saying to keep up stating my opinion and that most people on here were "cool" but were also very one sided and everything Gibbie does is great and to just believe.

based on the fact that it seems every yr the skins are "on the verge" of the playoffs, im gonna have to take the pessimistic route this yr. come the end of the season we'll be on the outside looking more than likely. teams are just too tough. we'll hit 7-9 with a good 2nd half. 8-8 or 9-7 is def. a stretch but i guess like you guys are saying, what with poor NFC play, we may slink in there... just doubtful.

for future seasons though maybe instead of paying washed-up !@#holes, we can somehow pay the owner of the lions to play them 10 or so times, that'll get us to at least 10-6... point being that we've beaten absolute trash this season, and not really in convincing fashion so i think now that we'll be playing big boys we might have to again look toward and offseason to reap our success.

Why do you keep calling him Gibbie? What is so hard about just calling him Gibbs?

When he wins, I'll respect him by calling him by his name. Until then, he gets a childish name

Zackie...what do you mean when he wins? Is it Super Bowl or bust in your mind? If so, it's sad that you're such a fairweather fan. Who do you think should be the head coach?

He wanted Denny Green for some reason, even though Denny Green has 0 Super Bowl wins and hasn't proven anything when compared to Gibbs.

The man brought three Superbowl trophies home and his bust is in the HoF. He put togerther a top NASCAR racing team. He has been successful in everything he's done and is a devout man of God. If that isn't worthy of your respect then someone should teach you the meaning of the word.

Just curious, why bring up God. Just because he's a devout man of God does not mean victories.

With this team this year, I think it should be 8 or 9 wins or bust. We will not win 7 games this year. It truly is a disappointment. Gibbie's has this learning curve that is unacceptable and if we had Coach Green, we would have 5 or 6 wins this year.
