Re: JC is not what I thought.
If he throws 2 or 3 pics this week against the Boys, I won't type his name again this season.

Re: JC is not what I thought.
I appreciate that he is not turning the ball over, but he still has to stop getting rattled after the sack. Otherwise it was a good performance.

Re: JC is not what I thought.
Absolutely! It seems that completely messes up his timing, and decision making ability. Hopefully time will change that.

Re: JC is not what I thought.
Exactly. All those people talking all that mess go crawl back into their holes and dont come back out until the redskins lose or something happens, and its sooo fucking annoying! All these haters can suck a diyaaack.they dont know shit
Jim Zorn has proven he can coach and im happy with waht we have done. Teams better be worried about us because if we are looking this good this early, It's gonna be a rap in december and so on because we will be playing hard |

Well?? Looking "this good" ?? We could have easily lost that game and barely had 100 yards at halftime. The Rogers INT came on a play that was pass interference on Leigh Torrence and not called, and they had an easy TD called back on a delay of game that was called with 1 second remaining on the playclock. We beat two very, very mediocre defenses by a narrow margin in our house. I like 2-1, but I'm far from thrilled.

I think this offense has incredible potential -- it's shaping up to be more than we ever saw during Gibbs II. They seem to be learning this system at an accelerated rate and Campbell looks like he's getting more comfortable. That said, there are still kinks to be ironed out. The running game got stymied today, and you cannot discount the fact that the Saints, who were missing three starters on defense, and the Cardinals might not be the stiffest tests for any offense. The Eagles D was downright scary today. And the Cowboys front seven is incredibly fast. Still, they're taking care of business against mediocre opponents, and that's one of the marks of a good team. |

And I didn't notice time on the clock on the Cardinals touchdown that was called back, but I'm fairly certain that calls relating to the clock are challengable, so if Wisenhunt saw the same thing that you did, he would have challenged it. |

Re: JC is not what I thought.
I'll be happy to make a public apology to JC, but I need to see the next two games before I am convinced. He has played very good to great in the last two games. No question.

Re: JC is not what I thought.
JC's been good, but he can be great, even elite if he speeds up a bit and stops looking down receivers. hopefully that comes a couple more games in the system.

Re: JC is not what I thought.
If Heyer doesn't commit that dumb penalty it could have been 31-17. I honestly was never that concerned about the Skins losing this game at any point.

Re: JC is not what I thought.
The Heyer penalty was complete and utter bullsh*t. The play was not over, and everybody is taught to go full bore and block anyone you can until the whistle is blown. On the replay, Campbell was avoiding a defender and just did get the ball out as Heyer put the block on Dockett.
I do not fault Heyer one bit on that play. |

Touchy call I agree, but I thought the PI on Rogers was even more ticky-tacky. |
