Google has retroactively rescinded that term. This guy also has a post about what Chrome sends back to the mothership.
The browser is pretty nice - seems faster than Firefox, and just feels less intrusive. The search memory feature is pretty awesome (it "remembers" how to invoke a website's own search page from the omnibar), although I'm sure it's just a matter of time until there is a FF plugin for it.
