You're kidding me right? The rest of the world likes Obama the best? That's a tick for him? Is this the same rest of the world who aren't sure who perpetrated 9/11?

That's a knock against him if you ask me.

(not saying this is Obama, but the antichrist would be liked by all)

Huh? Care to elaborate on that a bit more?

Since we've already suffered through 8 years of a President who was hated all around the world, it might not be a bad idea to go in the other direction.

There's nothing wrong with being liked by your allies. I'm not saying we should take our cues from them but I am stating the obvious. It helps if the people we're dealing with have confidence in our leadership if you feel otherwise you're a sticks only person. If you still don't get it I recommend you read "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People."

Covey is good stuff. You ever read anything from Ken Blanchard? I'm a big fan of both.

Re: If the election was held today

It never seems to occurr to people that foreigners don't really want America to succeed. It's like asking me who the Cowboys should hire as their HC. I'd say, "Les Steckel!" or "Gerry Faust!" The difference is, of course, that not even Cowboy fans are stupid enough to make the opinion of an oppossing or disinterested party an argument in favor of anyone.

Let's everyone finish these two sentences:

"If Europeans are so good at judging political leaders, then how come..."

and

"The reason that Hamas wants Baraq Obama to be President is..."

I have to disagree. People are people no matter the country, and I happen to think most are honest.

If you were following Britain's election for Prime Minister, and you participated in a similar poll, would you vote for who you think is worst?

Oh really? Here I was thinking the only people that have America's best interest at heart are Republicans and the Republican party.

Funny, I was thinking the same thing.

Britian is a bad choice because they are on our side and they want us to be as successful as they and the only real devide was the war but that was the same here. Now lets use another one like Iran. Would you want them to have a strong leader which is hard for us to deal with or a weak leader who is a push over?

I know what you're saying, it just doesn't discredit the poll and/or Obama. Most of the countries polled are our allies, so it's not like our enemies are skewing the poll. In fact, Russia and China were included in the poll (not Iran), and they both prefer Obama over McCain (although the majority voted "No Difference" in Russia).

So basically, all of our allies (the people who have a vested interest in our country) want Obama.

Bottom line, no country polled favored McCain over Obama. Here's the list of countries polled:

Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Lebanon, Mexico, Nigeria, Panama, the Philippines, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Turkey, the UAE and the UK.

Detailed poll results...
