That had nothing to do with the play, It should be assesed on the kickoff what a bunch of fuckin bullshit.

Didn't affect the play, the play was still going AND JC was in the process of throwing WHILE Heyer hit him AND I fail to see how it was unnecessraily rough. BULLSHIT.

He laid a guy out, that's what he's supposed to do. Take that player out. From my vantage point it looked like a good hit on someone that didn't prepare themselves. Heyer took that man out of any chance of making a play. At that point, Heyer had no idea where the ball was or where it was going.

As someone else said though, it had no effect on the end result of the play, thus it should be assessed after kickoff.
