Lol, based on the license tag, this car obviously belongs to someone from Redskins organization; I saw Chris Cooley driving his car when I was on my way to Dulles mall to get autograph from Cooley and he had same license tag as this, but of course different words..

I have the same skins plates. I never would've thought of F ROMO though, and I'm even more surprised that DMV actually allowed it.

I doubt that. It's a plate that anybody can get in VA and I don't think that having that would be very professional/looked highly upon by your employer.
