comparing campbell to guys like orton (who's playing now) makes me happy we've got a real QB. imagine when we can go 4 deep at WR and 2 deep at TE... cheers.

I don't know how Campbell turned things around from Week 1 to now but all I can say is my hats off to the organization and Campbell himself.

I doubted him extreme, but he shoved it in my face and made me look like a buffoon's ass. Great job Jason Campbell you've come a long way and headed a huge win in Dallas.

My hats is off and my pants down. GREAT GAME CAMPBELL...HAIL TO THE REDSKINS!

Re: JC is not what I thought part two

you got a good idea immediately (i'm talking years ago) when you saw what he could do and what needed work... things you can't really work on, like poise or pocket presence, he had (And a wicked longball with touch! things ramsey never showed). his decisions and ball handling weren't good, but those things are fixable (and, well, wow... he learns quick).

i mean, this guy came to redskins park the WEEKEND he was drafted to start learning the playbook immediately (even though he wasn't allowed to practice with the team). he's made the extra effort to throw to our WRs outside of practice every year.

it's kinda the same way i thought of zorn... the first impression for both was someone that'd be able to make it work, and there have been mistakes, but nothing to cause any real doubt (unless 1 game is enough to send you into reactionary ranting, but that's not me).

i am surprised at how fast they've both improved though. from ugly preseason losses (after such a good start) to such solid play in just 1 real game...

You have to be smart to learn as many offenses as he has, but I never expected him to look this good this quick. That's what's mindblowin. Awesome job by him AND Zorn.

JC and Zorn get mad props/credit, finally it appears we have an offense that compliments our defense.

Re: JC is not what I thought part two

The one thing consistent no matter who was our OC was that they all said JC was putting the work in studying film and the playbook, they might of complained about his technique but never about is work ethic, it seems like it's finally paying of for him -- all is hard work.
