It was discouraging to see them not use Portis (he ended up with 81 yards on 17 carries). I think we went into panic mode too soon, just like in the Giants game. I think the plan was to come out firing, get some completions, and give the offense a confidence boost against one of the worst Ds in the league. Obviously our offense was more anemic that the coaching staff thought and it didn't work out that way.

I agree totally and we should have started the second half with a heavy dose of Portis. The play calling was very poor and I feel it cost us the game.
