I'd probably cost far too much to retrofit a roof. At least relative what it would cost to just build a new stadium.

I thought(i could totally be wrong) that Fenty basically got elected, and ran Tony Williams out of town, based on the platform that DC shouldn't have paid so much for the baseball stadium? This will certainly cost way more.
