crossfit is popular with police and military, but you've got to be careful... not all trainers know what they're doing, and its VERY easy to hurt yourself by pushing too hard when you first start out trying it.
that 300k$ suit was ex-military who got pushed too hard in his first workout by a clueless uncertified trainer. i'm not a workout guy, so i've got zero interest in it myself. |
