I highly doubt the title of president would give her power to make personnel decisions. I'm sure she'd be given the power to find someone and hire them to make personnel decisions.

I'm sure she's very capable to be the president of an NFL team, regardless of what you think of her politics. She'll know where her strengths and weaknesses are; you can take it to the bank that you wouldn't see her in the 49ers war room on draft day.
