It doesn't suck at all, the market is what it is. JC will just reap the benefits of his great play with a big check (soon), as any other QB of his talent level which happens to be much higher than rodgers. Just like the unproven knucklehead in the thread title getting that kinda cash. JC should do much better than that with his new contract, no discounts. You have to pay the man market value.

This is one of the best things thats ever happened on Dans watch, hes found a QB after looking high and low for 10 years. For the Redskins to finally have a franchise QB they can build this team around, now Danny boy will simply have to pull out that checkbook.

Well to be more specific this is the part of the good thing that sucks. I'm certain that the rest of you don't think that I thought Jason Campbell playing well was a bad thing I don't know though, I mean part of me is a little worried about the fact that we might have to choose between Grif, Washington, and Springs next year as well as the fact that we have the whole labor union debacle going on. However by no means am I against paying Campbell what he's worth, instead I'm just bummed that we might not be able to have it all, I mean what happens when I play as the Redskins on Madden next year?
