Playcalling was terrible tonight... Kornheiser is really getting annoying now.

Two teams that have a lot of respect for each other. Did you hear Tomlin ask "where's 26?"

Wow. 30000 steelers fans. That's shameful. We got pwned in our house, on and off the field.

I agree completely. I've heard to many times from different media types and some players how the fans in DC are so great. There are a lot of great and smart fans of the skins. The problem is that the majority of them don't own season tickets. To many people in the DC area see season tickets as a money making option. That is why there was 30,000 Pitt fans in DC.

And you know that the bastards that sold out their team by selling to Steelers fans got top buck. I hope they're happy - THEY ARE NOT TRUE REDSKINS FANS.

It doesn't surprise me. The average butt in the seat at FedEx is a casual fan at best. Not many crazies there. Too many seats. Too many corporate ticket holders. The crowd is diluted.

I don't think there's anything to change. Maybe throw Heyer back in instead of Jansen and cross our fingers.

Re: Redskins vs. Steelers Gameday thread

redskins just got eaten by the bear tonight.rogers drops 2 picks, the skins throw a 4th down pass to a Dlineman, and 7 sacks.all in all,a shitty performance worse than the season opener against the giants!this was a plain out rout.the steelers may be the best team in the league when you look at the whole picture!

Zornometer poll might need to be taken again after this game, dont get me wrong,Zorn has been great, but he's reverted back to first game descisions, primetime he is not, lets hope the next game in primetime is better,if it isnt,Dallas or Philly are going to pass us for the wildcard

Re: Redskins vs. Steelers Gameday thread

Think about it our last 2 times we made the playoffs we had to win like 5 of 6 and then 4 straight, At the moment we're in the drivers seat. A late bye to get healthy for a late push the division has to come to us, And maybe we can finally get and stay healthy.

We were also the last team in and lose within the first two rounds. If you're a top 5 team in the league, you are expected to do better than that.

Hey we gotta start somewhere If we get in that will be 3 outta 4 years, And we can start being a contender year in and year out. Win some lose some, This team is young and it seems not to be able to handle the big emotional swing like not the Kendall fumble that should've been at least 3 or the not getting a touchdown on that first possesion against detroit and that going down to the wire, Or Los not catching the pick six that may have won us the game. We got a ways to go but this is just the beginning.

We have not played well tonight! But suck.... we do not! Go to nfl.com and look at our players stats and our standing/record. We do not suck.

We made this guy Woodley look like Lawerence Taylor. I'm not sure if he's that good or we were just that bad.
