Matty - I ripped Spurrier too, like Gibbs I think he could change things. Thus far, Gibbs has been horrible.

There's a big difference between Spurrier and Gibbs. Both let their assistants work on their own. Gibbs just hires better assistants. I hope he turns it around, but the playcalling from an "offensive genius." At this point I think Dave Campo could run a more reliable offense.
