Smoot Lays the Smack Down (Redskins vs Ravens)

Broke a nice tackle... I know that ARE is a small guy but what's up with his little shuffle then fall face down move?

Couple interesting things.. thought that Portis' fumble should've been down on contact, but same thing with the Ravens' RB... Cartwright wasn't down on that kick return, whistle blown early... and when Reed INT'd the ball and held it up after sliding, ARE grabbed the ball, not touching Reed... what's the technical ruling on that? Should that have been a strip??

Not that any of that would've changed the game. We got a lil break on the Campbell fumble since they called it dead once Campbell was wrapped up.
