Why in the world would Cowher want to come here now, especially if Zorn is getting shit-canned after just one year and the same thing happened to Marty? Why would a coach with a good rep ever get near this place? Makes no sense at all. It's not like we look so good that a coach can just walk in and win. You've got serious troubles on both lines. Plus, you've got a prima donna RB mouthing off in the media. And you've Vinny and Danny. Sure, the money would be good, but my guess is that's not enough for a coach like Cowher who's going to get big money wherever he goes. A few extra mil is not going to make a difference.

(I agree that the rumor is a BS piece by someone with a grudge. Plus, the one quote is basically a truism: of course the friggin honeymoon is over! We've lost 4 out of the last 5! Our offense is pathetic! Great story... )
