So what bothers you then is that he could afford to pay bail after being taken into custody to be charge with crimes he allegedly committed?

Whatever power he has to fill Obama's seat now is pretty much rendered moot now anyway. He's as lame duck as they come, even if by some miracle he is cleared of any wrongdoing. The stigma is there.

If you commit a crime you get arrested then get bail (if your not a flight risk or the crime is not to bad) and you get out of jail until your court date. Why is that any different then what is happening with him?
