While I think what this guy did was totally unacceptable and he is first class dolt. I have wondered why was there never any outcry when liberals (and why weren't they condeming them?) were making remarks like "Palin should be aborted".

i never heard that. the only thing i heard was she isn't intelligent enough. and there aren't too many people that wanted to take her side in that argument

No one but you know how these things go, they take a life of their own and stories get twisted and shit gets made up. The story originated from a liberal caller to a radio station and this story which were all the rage on drudge and wingnut blogs a while back. False outrage and false equivalence, the wingnut way.
