Name me a coach that was able get the production out of a rookie QB (before you say Matt Ryan, Flacco was an unknown player) got his underachiever WR (Clayton) and old man (Mason) a beat up almost washed RB (Maghee) a rookie RB (Rice) a backup (McLain) and a rebuilt OL to average like 30pts./Game avg. and lead then into the playoffs. They were 3-13 a year ago. Harbaugh couldn't have done this without Cameron as his OC. Flame me all you want but I compare Cameron as good an OC as Gibbs was in his day. As a coach 1 year doesn't warrant him proving anything and getting fired.
