ALL owners want to win, but the ones who do are smart enough to know that their particular area of expertise does not include coaching or even evaluating talent for a professional football team. It has taken our owner a lot longer than we would like to start learning this lesson, but I have seen absolutely no progress from Jerry Jones in this regard whatsoever. Have you noticed that after a coach brings some success to your team they have some sort of disagreement with Jones and leave? Jones is the problem and that does not bode well for you my friend, but here in Redskin land...WE LOVE IT!

And you better believe that in TX they love the fact that Dan Snyder is our owner. People in glass houses ...
