No, unfortunatly. The problem with TO coming to DC isn't money it isn't the contract. It's not even his on field entertainent. It's he would overpower JC and keep him from developing. Demanding the ball and thinking he is the saviour of the Skins. We need guys on the same level with standouts like Fletch. We could use TO talent but not his character. Unfortunatly!

Hey 53. No, I just like to put the feelers out any get others point of view before I give mine.
