I agree that he won a SuperBowl with a team Dungy built. But to say he hasn't done much else is inaccurate. He built a helluva team in Oakland before he left.

Bill Callahan has proven he's a piss poor head coach more than once- the way he effed up Oakland shortly after their SuperBowl appearance and the train wreck in Nebraska. While Gruden may have hoisted a Lombardi Trophy with a team another man built, he still had fingerprints all over the AFC Champion that year.

Actually, to do what he did in Oakland at such a young age despite Al Davis is pretty impressive IMO.
