Re: What's for lunch?

Today I had a Schmidter, a Philly specialty. It's a philly cheesesteak with salami chopped up and cooked in, smothered in sharp provolone with a little Russian dressing.

You'd think the Russian dressing would be out of place, but for whatever reason it's great.

Served on a huge soft kaiser. Yum.

Damn that sounds good. I'm not big on Russian dressing but in the right situation it's killer.

Like on a nice warm Reuben sandwich... which I believe I'm going to have today. Anyone from Northwest DC / Bethesda probably knows the greatness of Booeymonger sandwiches.

Booeymonger * A Unique Delicatessen *

Hmmmmm, does sound goood. In all fairness, it should come with a Surgeon Generals warning label on it, or possibly a "heart stint" kit. No worries, I am confident the Fed will nix that.....delight, with the food "fat tax" allegedly.
I better order one over the web before that happens. Can't get a decent Philly here
