Today I had a Schmidter, a Philly specialty. It's a philly cheesesteak with salami chopped up and cooked in, smothered in sharp provolone with a little Russian dressing.
You'd think the Russian dressing would be out of place, but for whatever reason it's great. Served on a huge soft kaiser. Yum.
