Give him a break, he doesn't know people buy homes there because 350K is a bargain. Might seem a lot to him but he doesn't realize we have to deal with bigger math numbers for homes. There's a reason why his neck of the wood is cheaper too. It's got people who are motivated and hardworking but not longest bar in the brightness chart. I could care less about abortion either way. That Virginia is for lovers thing has really done well for us. You know it and so do a lot of other people. What's Washington State's? Washington State, we've got rain and overpriced coffee.

Like I said, bring your money. We've got plenty of liberal chicks in Richmond that are just dying to meet liberal men. They're in such short supply around here.
