I think if yo uare using the roads you should pay for them through registration and what not. I saw one at Royal Farms slam into a SUV last summer. I am assuming the guy was not insured, I am sure whatever he paid to repair that SUV eat up his gas savings. __________________ When life gives you paper jams, turn them into paper footballs!
