That works by the value chart (within 7 points ... which would be a low 7th if you wanted to make it totally even). Probably would mean passing on a tackle, but you could then target a guy like Unger at 20.

Or Alex Mack. Detroit might go for it since they need a QB and o-line help. Of course as you say they might want someone like Orakpo too with such a bad defense and Swartz being a defensive minded coach. I think this would be our best scenario.
