well, atleast in the past few years, weve never been in hell, but we've always been fairly limited in what we can do. However, id much rather be in our position than that of a team like cincy: They always have cap room and never use it.

However, id love to have an owner with a willingness to spend money and stay out of the way, combined with a GM who knew what he was doing. If that were the case, we'd be the "New England" of the NFL year in and year out.
