Re: Albert Haynesworth is a Redskin!!!!
Besides, how can a Cowboy-stomper NOT play for us?
![]() He was born to be a Redskin. (yes, I do think that was a horrible move and he needed the 5-game suspension...I am joking) He's grown up a lot since then, I don't recall any other incidents since then.

Re: Albert Haynesworth is a Redskin!!!!
I saw an interview with AH and he stated that he regreted what he did and didn't want his kids to be subject to that kind of thing. Ever since then he has been staying out of trouble.

Hall didn't cause any problems last year either. I know some Raiders fans and one of them told me "you don't want a part of Hall". But last year, he was more of a spark plug than a locker room menace for us. Oakland and the Vick-led Falcons were hardly upstanding locker rooms anyways, so I think he'll stick to football with us too, especially since he got paid.

Haynesworth fills a major need. We need a monster DT, and we got the best. I am thankful we can afford this. I love it how people hate on Danny...I like him more and more every year. He just wants to win, and I realize that. VC is another story.

Re: Albert Haynesworth is a Redskin!!!!
Yeah, he also does something better than Carlos, commits lots of personal fouls at critical moments that cost your team 15 yards and is not as good in man to man coverage which we use often.

Re: Albert Haynesworth is a Redskin!!!!
I think the biggest and most important thing about these two players is that they can both change the football game. Haynesworth can get pressure and he can help DEs get free and create pressure; he can also stop the run. Hall makes plays, he gets beat, but he gets some picks, he plays the ball well. It's been a little while since the Skins D really made plays, particularly last season, it seemed like they were a "bend, but don't break" type of D and it worked out fairly well. However, I'd rather have a defense that can dominate a football game (like Pittsburgh's) and change games by creating turnovers. Hall (to a lesser extent) and Haynesworth can do that

Hall's sure to be a leader back there and the DL is going to have a lot of fun.
