Though not yet announced, Alex Marvez of FOXSports.com reports that veteran linebacker Keith Brooking has signed a three-year deal with the Cowboys. The move likely confirms that the Cowboys won't be making a play for Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis, and it reunites Brooking with former Falcons defensive coordinator Wade Phillips, who's now the head coach and defensive coordinator in Dallas.
