The workout bonus wasn't part of his present contract. They went to him and tried to add conditions to it after the fact. He didn't agree to it so they cut him.

Well apparently you're right then. It's an excuse. Personally I think we can do more for our team with the money we now have to address some other needs. But Kelly Johnson said on COMCAST that it was being put in to All the players contracts this year including AH, and Hall.

I guess the Skins like paying players who are no longer on the team, so it's only natural that this year they are using their draft picks on players who won't be on the team. A high 2nd for JT, and Kendall may or may not be around next season, I believe this year's 4th rounder goes to the Jets for him. Counter productive to give up draft picks for players in their mid-thirties.
