Whoever signs he would be smart to put some clause about his behavior. But it only takes one team to take him 'as is' to make this impossible. Knowing Drew Rosenhaus, he's not going to get T.O. signed for cheap anywhere.

Teams can police themselves. A la Gruden kicking Keyshwan Johnson off the Bucs, Andy Reid kicking TO off the Eagles, Steve Smith getting suspended two games for putting a dent in Ken Lucas' face, etc.
