I agree. JLC has definitely been off plenty of times (especially during this offseason) so there is no reason for me to believe he is right here. So far the Cap info on this site has been pretty close to dead on so I think until something concrete comes out showing we are indeed less under than we thought, we should assume we have around 11Million of space.
